Returns and Exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges should be done within 7 days of receiving order. All courier costs will be for the customer’s account.

We will accept a return and replace an item if there is a hole, tear or mark on the item.

Unfortunately we do not do refunds, but vouchers. We are a small business and need to protect ourselves. However we promise to deliver you quality products.

Please inspect your item/s when receiving it/them and notify us immediately should your item/s be damaged.  The same goes for if you receive the incorrect item/s

Items which were custom made or included embroidery will unfortunately be non-returnable.

Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable.

Payment Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive banking details for your payment, please use your surname and order number as reference.

Please send proof of payment to orders@dididandel.co.za

Once we have received your proof of payment and the amount reflects in our account it will take up to 10 working days for your order to be completed.

Custom Made Items

Should you choose the option to have a custom-made scrub top and send us your body measurements, you will be unable to return or exchange the items purchased.
